Job Responsibilities:
 
•  Handle End to End recruitment Lifecycle i.e source, screen and shortlist and
coordinate candidate profiles.  
•  Understanding the requirement from the clients.
•  Network with and headhunt hi-tech passive job seekers.
•  Sourcing resume through various Sources e.g. linkedin, Facebook, Job portals,
user groups, networking.

•  Short listing candidates as per the client requirements.
•  Coordinating Interviews and follow up with client and candidate.
•  Strengthen client relationships and improve service delivery.
 
Desired profile:
 
•  0 – 2 years experience after graduation
•  Have a passion to meet/talk to people.
•  Behavioral skills and traits required to be successful in the role:
